For a sense of scale, the mountains far in the back are 15 km / 10 miles away. The Aletsch Glacier is the largest glacier in the Alps.

First processed in Lightroom, then in Corel Paintshop Pro.

strange that it doesn't look so sharp, considering it's taken at f/10! Otherwise it's a really great picture.

That's interesting, thanks for the feedback :) With Tv 1/400 and a stationary subject, it can hardly be camera shake or motion blur either. Is there an area that's particularly bothering you? If it's the background - the mountains there are quite a distance, it might be the atmosphere. If not, it's something I should correct in my postwork. :)
